Large families are always looking for delicious meals that don’t take a lot of work. This Mississippi Pot Roast recipe is perfect for just that! This recipe is not only easy to make, but it’s also a family favorite in Sally’s household. Sally and her family love the convenience of a crockpot meal. Her 16 year old daughter Amelia says, “I love this meal because its tasty and it makes it easy to help mom with after dinner clean up.”
Sally has been married to her husband Barry for 18 years. They have four children, Amelia (age 16), Freeman (age14), Smith (age 11), and Luke (age 9).
Sally learned this recipe because it has been passed down as a family favorite for years. She plans to pass the recipe on to her children as well. Sally says,
“Simplicity is key when it comes to cooking for large families.”
This dish is definitely large family-approved.
Sally loves crockpot meals because they basically cook themselves. This gives her more time to spend with her family but still results in a delicious meal that the entire family can enjoy.
