WRC trains individuals to become employable and assists them in finding jobs within their communities. WRC assists those who have difficulty maintaining employment, are on forms of public assistance such as welfare, and those who are employable and underemployed. Additionally, WRC has two Adult Day Care Centers in Dothan and Enterprise. These Centers provide respite care for caregivers as well as recreational and social time for the participants.
