PRJ Love Stories
Patti Rutland Jazz is excited to announce our upcoming dance concert, Love Stories. Join us for a night of dance as we perform our own original love stories as well as some famous classics! PRJ will be performing a dance adaption of the 1957 broadway play, West Side Story set to the music of Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim, as well as a piece inspired by the 2004 film, The Notebook, set to the music of Adele!
Love Stories explores the complexities of love in all of its dance numbers from thrilling romance to unrequited love. Throughout the show our stories portray how relationships of all kinds can be exciting, passionate, intense, comforting and hilarious. We will be presenting choreography from PRJ’s very own Artistic Director, Christina Hicks, Rehearsal Director, Ryan Miller, and principal dancers, Ryan Wagstaff, Erin Smith, and Lauren Hart!
Love Stories will take place February 10th-12th at the the Cultural Arts Center in Dothan AL. Tickets are $25.00 and are available in advance at www.pattirutlandjazz.com.
